JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco

If you like staying in a large hotel, this is the one. The staff is very friendly, extremely attentive and just good people. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, the location and views are perfect, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood is vibrant and charming and you’re close to museums and galleries, parks and restaurants

Rooms were nice, pool was enjoyable. Good location. Could not get into room at check in time and had to haggle with staff about it instead of them offering something to accommodate. Room service food was pretty bad and elevators kept breaking down, but overall we liked our stay and would likely stay there again.

The view was fantastic! The food was delicious and the servers were awesome. Also loved the extra amenities in our room such as an umbrella, housecoat, and house shoes. Most importantly, we we received free breakfast and dinner everyday since the Executive Lounge we had paid for was closed for remodeling.
